Rates include the initial grocery supply as well as utilities such as water, electricity, and gas. Additional services feature satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a twice-weekly housekeeping service.

Our property is located approximately 70 steps below the main road, along a combination of pathways and stairways. We highly recommend making use of local porter services for luggage transport. The cost is €15 per piece between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, and €20 per piece for arrivals between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please note that these rates may vary.

Upon request, we are pleased to arrange private transfer services from the airport or train station. This service is available at an additional cost, to be settled directly with the driver.

To secure and confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required via bank transfer. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.

A security deposit of €500 per apartment is required upon arrival. This may be provided in cash or by credit card; a pre-authorization option will also be offered at check-in. The full amount will be refunded at departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. For Casa Grande, the security deposit is €1,000.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm.
Check-out is by 11:00 am.

Late check-in is available between 10:00 pm and midnight, subject to a supplement of €150.
Please note that check-in is not available between midnight and 7:00 am.

Upon request, and at an additional cost payable directly to the driver, taxi transfers from the airport or train station can also be arranged.

CITY TAX
€2.50 per person, per day. Please note that this tax may be subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY

– For cancellations made up to 180 days prior to arrival, the guest is entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid;

– For cancellations made between 179 and 91 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded;

– For cancellations made between 90 and 28 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit will be refunded;

– For cancellations made 27 days or less prior to arrival, the total amount paid is non-refundable.

Torre Sponda will consider the cancellation date as the day a formal cancellation request is received via email.
